I decided to make some office cakes at the weekend. I needed to cheer myself up after an unpleasant experience on Sunday so I baked a Victoria Sponge and Lemon Cupcakes. They didn't last too long at work!
My next task will be Rhubarb and Brown Sugar Muffins, then I'll be trying some stuff from the book I just got from Amazon - Red Velvet & Chocolate Heartache. I'm looking forward to trying these and baking cakes with vegetables. The taste test of the courgette cakes my lovely friend Rachael made was very positive - yum!
